Warranty terms for FleetVision Inc software services and hardware.

1. Scope
This policy applies to FleetVision Inc's software service and any FleetVision Inc-branded or distributed hardware unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Software warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." FleetVision Inc disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FleetVision Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Hardware terms
Hardware may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms and installation requirements. FleetVision Inc is not responsible for issues caused by improper installation, vehicle electrical problems, tampering, accident damage, misuse, or third-party accessories.
4. Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, FleetVision Inc will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to hardware or software issues. Your exclusive remedy, if any, is limited to repair or replacement under applicable warranty terms, or as otherwise determined by FleetVision Inc in writing.
